? STOP AND READ BEFORE APPLYING: CareBridge Advisory Group LLC is an elite, high-ticket healthcare advisory firm. We deploy highly specialized, 4-month capital recovery interventions for enterprise health systems. We do not hire junior consultants, and we do not provide on-the-job training. You must hit the ground running on Day 1. If you do not meet the exact minimum education, experience, and technical qualifications listed below, do not apply. There are zero exceptions. All credentials, certifications, and past employment references will be rigorously verified prior to an offer. No exceptions.
The Role: Engagement Partner, Healthcare Revenue Cycle
Job Description: The Engagement Partner is the executive anchor and strategic lead for our enterprise health system accounts. You will manage the direct relationship with hospital CFOs and VPs of Revenue Cycle. You are responsible for contract SLA negotiation, securing C-suite buy-in, navigating hospital politics during implementation, and delivering the final 120-day capital recovery ROI presentation. You will not map workflows; you will control the executive narrative and ensure contract renewals and upsells.
Qualifications & Technical Requirements:
Demonstrated track record of selling, managing, or overseeing multi-million-dollar healthcare management consulting engagements.
Executive presence and the ability to hold a room with hospital Board Members and C-suite executives.
Deep, systemic understanding of the U.S. hospital revenue cycle, payer denial strategies, and the No Surprises Act.
Minimum Education & Experience:
Education: Master’s Degree required (MBA, MHA, or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in Tier-1 healthcare consulting (e.g., Chartis, Huron, Guidehouse) OR as a VP-level executive in hospital Revenue Cycle Management.
Location & Hybrid Structure: This is a highly collaborative, hybrid executive role. You are required to be on-site at our corporate headquarters in Altamonte Springs, Florida (located 20 minutes from Orlando) for a minimum of 8 days per month to strategize with the core leadership team.
Geographic Residency Requirement: Due to our regional deployment logistics, all candidates must permanently reside in one of the following ten states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana, Illinois, Texas, or Arkansas. Applicants residing outside of this specific geographic footprint will be automatically disqualified.
Executive Travel & Client Deployment: Because CareBridge deploys physical "strike teams" to enterprise health systems, this role requires significant executive travel. You must be prepared for intensive, on-site travel to client hospitals to directly interface with hospital C-suites, conduct initial workflow audits, and oversee the physical execution of our 120-day capital recovery interventions. (Note: All client-related travel, lodging, and logistics are fully covered under our top-tier executive expense allowance).
About CareBridge Advisory Group LLC
CareBridge Advisory Group LLC is an elite, high-ticket healthcare advisory firm specializing in enterprise hospital margin protection and front-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) architecture.
Across the healthcare sector, enterprise health systems are facing unprecedented margin compression due to AI-driven payer claim denials and operational friction at the point of entry. While legacy advisory firms deploy 12-month discovery phases or push systems to outsource their front desks, CareBridge operates as the anti-outsourcing standard. We deploy highly specialized, "strike teams" to execute 120-day capital recovery interventions. We architect front-end workflows, hardwire No Surprises Act (NSA) compliance into EMR systems, and train internal staff to confidently capture Point-of-Service (POS) yield—all backed by the industry's only 3-Year Zero-Cost Performance Guarantee.

By keeping our headcount highly specialized, we remain agile, fiercely protective of our culture, and highly profitable.
