Compensation & Benefits Package (Two Tracks):
CareBridge offers two distinct compensation tracks for this role, chosen by the candidate upon signing. We pay top-of-market for elite hunters because you are the lifeblood of the firm.
Track 1: The W-2 Standard Track (Draw + Commission)
The Safety Net: A guaranteed $4,000 per month ($48,000 annualized) recoverable draw. This ensures your baseline living expenses are covered while you navigate the 90-to-120-day hospital sales cycle. This draw is deducted directly from your commission payouts once deals close.
Commission Rate: 7% of gross contract value on all closed-won deals generated from your leads. (Our standard enterprise intervention is $475,000, resulting in a $33,250 payout per closed deal).
Benefits: 100% employer-paid premium medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 6% match, and unlimited PTO.
Track 2: The "Apex" 1099 Track (Pure Commission)
The Structure: You operate with total autonomy as an independent contractor. $0 Base / $0 Draw.
Commission Rate: 10% of gross contract value on all closed-won deals generated from your leads. (Resulting in a massive $47,500 payout per closed deal).
(Note: No standard W-2 benefits apply to this track).
Performance Bonuses (Both Tracks): Aggressive performance-based cash bonuses awarded every 4 months (trimester) and an annual year-end bonus (minimum $10,000) for exceeding meeting-booked quotas.
Target Earnings: $130,000 - $250,000+ (Uncapped).

COMPANY-WIDE APPLICATION DISCLAIMER ? STOP AND READ BEFORE APPLYING: CareBridge Advisory Group LLC is an elite, high-ticket healthcare advisory firm. We deploy highly specialized, 4-month capital recovery interventions for enterprise health systems. We do not provide basic, entry-level sales training. You must hit the ground running on Day 1. If you are afraid of the phone, if you cannot confidently bypass an executive gatekeeper, or if you do not meet the exact minimum qualifications listed below, do not apply. There are zero exceptions. All past W-2s/Commission statements and sales metrics will be rigorously verified prior to an offer to prove your historical outbound volume.
Job Description: This is an elite, high-volume outbound hunting role. As a Strategic Growth Associate, you are the tip of the spear for CareBridge Advisory Group. You are not selling a cheap software subscription; you are cold-calling enterprise hospital CFOs, COOs, and VPs of Revenue Cycle to secure pitch meetings for a $475,000 intellectual intervention.
Your sole mandate is to penetrate the defenses of massive health systems, navigate complex corporate directories, and fill the calendar of your Principal of Enterprise Growth with highly qualified, executive-level meetings. You will be expected to execute 80+ strategic outbound dials per day, alongside targeted LinkedIn and email campaigns. You do not need to close the deal—you just need to break the door down.
Location & Remote Structure: Because this role focuses entirely on pipeline generation and does not deploy to the physical hospital floor, this is a 100% Remote position. However, for tax, payroll, and regional alignment purposes, all candidates must permanently reside in one of the following 17 states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Illinois, Texas, New York, California, Massachusetts, Washington, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Virginia, Utah, Arizona, Minnesota, or New Jersey. Applicants residing outside of this specific geographic footprint will be automatically disqualified.
Qualifications & Sales Requirements:
Absolute mastery of cold-calling, gatekeeper bypassing, and objection handling.
Elite verbal and written communication skills—you must sound like a peer to a hospital CFO, not a telemarketer.
Relentless drive and a thick skin. You will hear "no" 99 times a day. You are hunting for the 1 "yes."
Strict adherence to CRM pipeline hygiene and daily leading indicators (dials, connects, meetings booked).
Minimum Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but relentless execution and a proven track record outweigh academic credentials for this specific role.
Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of aggressive, high-volume B2B outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/Account Executive). You must have a documented track record of exceeding meeting-booked quotas. Out-of-industry grinders are highly encouraged to apply.
About CareBridge Advisory Group LLC
CareBridge Advisory Group LLC is an elite, high-ticket healthcare advisory firm specializing in enterprise hospital margin protection and front-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) architecture.
Across the healthcare sector, enterprise health systems are facing unprecedented margin compression due to AI-driven payer claim denials and operational friction at the point of entry. While legacy advisory firms deploy 12-month discovery phases or push systems to outsource their front desks, CareBridge operates as the anti-outsourcing standard. We deploy highly specialized, "strike teams" to execute 120-day capital recovery interventions. We architect front-end workflows, hardwire No Surprises Act (NSA) compliance into EMR systems, and train internal staff to confidently capture Point-of-Service (POS) yield—all backed by the industry's only 3-Year Zero-Cost Performance Guarantee.
Company Size & Structure
Size: Boutique / Under 50 Employees
We deliberately reject the bloated pyramid model of traditional consulting. We do not hire junior consultants, and we do not bill clients for on-the-job training. We maintain a hyper-elite, lean roster of apex... talent—former hospital executives, Epic-certified architects, change management experts, and revenue cycle data scientists. By keeping our headcount highly specialized, we remain agile, fiercely protective of our culture, and highly profitable.
Our Culture
We operate on a "Player-Coach" mentality. Whether you are an Engagement Partner or a Data Analyst, you are expected to be a master of your craft who can seamlessly step into the trenches or into a hospital boardroom. We are driven by outcomes, mathematical validation, and an absolute intolerance for scope creep. If you thrive in high-stakes, multi-million-dollar environments and want to work alongside the top 10% of healthcare talent, CareBridge is your destination.
Elite Compensation & Executive Benefits
Because we demand "unicorns," we compensate at the top of the 2026 national market. We provide our team with an executive-tier total rewards package designed to eliminate outside stress so you can focus entirely on client SLAs.
Top-Tier Base Salaries: Ranging from $130,000 to $225,000+ based on role, with uncapped performance and SLA-completion bonuses.
Bilingual Premium: An automatic $10,000 to $12,000 base salary increase for verified, fully bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency.
Healthcare: 100% employer-paid premium medical, dental, and vision coverage for our employees.
Retirement: 401(k) program featuring a highly competitive 6% employer match.
Time Off: Unlimited Executive PTO to ensure proper decompression between rigorous 120-day client interventions.
Travel: Top-tier travel and expense allowance for all on-site hospital engagements.
