Provide project management for the total rewards study, including workstream tracking, meeting facilitation support, synthesis of findings, and documentation of decisions and deliverables.
Support pay equity study activities such as data collection/validation, coordinating inputs with internal stakeholders and/or external partners, maintaining issue logs, and preparing analysis summaries and presentation materials.
Support a self-insurance research and potential implementation project by gathering requirements, coordinating with brokers/vendors and internal partners, organizing available benefits/claims inputs, developing comparisons and recommendations, tracking decisions and action items, and preparing implementation-ready materials for review.
Compile, organize, and maintain compensation and benefits data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and appropriate confidentiality.
Develop and maintain project artifacts (timelines, workplans, status updates, action-item logs, process notes, and file repositories) and provide concise status reporting to stakeholders.
Draft internal communications, FAQs, and presentation materials related to total rewards and benefits initiatives.
Support benefits projects as needed (e.g., open enrollment preparation, vendor file reviews, plan document updates, benchmarking support, employee-facing materials).
Coordinate and support meetings and working sessions (scheduling, agendas, notes) and follow up on action items to keep workstreams moving.
Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal/Compliance as appropriate to ensure consistent documentation and process adherence.
Provide additional HR and total rewards consulting support as assigned.

Experience supporting pay equity analyses and/or working with HRIS/compensation systems.
Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot charts, data cleaning) and comfort working with large datasets.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com) or similar trackers.
Understanding of data privacy practices and sensitivity to handling employee information.
