Position Purpose:
To act as the main receptionist for the President, Finance & Administration, Government Relations and Chief of Staff offices. Perform general office support and handle multiple projects of a confidential nature.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Secretarial Science or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years secretarial experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information and situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public, students, faculty, and staff.
