RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review the course schedule each semester for conflicts in meeting compliance program degree requirements and adjust course coding as necessary
Serve as primary facilitator for student, faculty, and University processes such as student registration and enrollment, ID cards, welcome packets, handbooks, and student orientation.
Support faculty in the execution of their courses including conducting webinars, individual meetings, and troubleshooting.
Oversee faculty onboarding.
Manage meeting, scheduling, and cadence of online program with University leadership and the Law School’s online program vendor.
Assist in reviewing and processing applications to the online programs
Coordinate events (speaker programs, panel discussions) targeted to students in the Compliance Programs.
Create and process expense reports, check requests, and invoices.
Assist in preparation and delivery of communications to students on relevant matters, including events, internships, and related opportunities.
Maintain handbooks and public-facing web pages relating to Compliance Programs, as well as internal-facing content that is specifically targeted to students
Maintain repository for all key Compliance Programs documents.
Manage course registration process for online students.
Review grades for compliance and liaise with faculty to ensure timely submission.
Oversee student attendance and identify students at risk of violating the attendance policy.
Track graduating students to ensure degree requirements have been met, order diplomas, and support graduation activities.
Develop and manage an alumni tracking system and analyze data on student outcomes.
Work with Senior Director and Director in developing, promoting, and running short-term and executive education programs.
Manage social media accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Two or more years of college or university administrative experience and/or professional experience in or demonstrated interest in corporate compliance programs preferred.
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint or similar programs, and comfort with technology platforms and applications, including learning management systems and video conference technologies.
Creative, innovative, flexible, independent, and collaborative.
Strong time management and constructive problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communications skills.
