Vectra Bank has an exciting opportunity for a summer intern in the Marketing department. The intern will have the opportunity to become involved with a broad range of responsibilities within the department, which could include:
Assisting with standardizing marketing materials between Vectra and other Zions Bancorporation affiliate banks
Assisting with on-site event planning and Vectra Bank sponsorship activities, including annual summer Golf Tournament
Partnering with corporate marketing team on transition to Marketing360 platform
Writing and/or editing copy for various print and electronic publications, including press releases, media stories, brochures, and social media
Assisting with executing marketing and community banking campaigns
Attend marketing strategy sessions
Various administrative responsibilities, including managing expense reports
Ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or other related degree
Basic knowledge of and experience in writing and communications
Ability to work effectively with people
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to express ideas and concepts clearly and concisely in both written and oral form
General design capabilities; preferably experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint

This job is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $18.00 to $20.00 hourly, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
