Job Description: What We Are Looking For
The Print Fulfillment Specialist provides excellent customer service to prospective students by ensuring print materials are efficiently and successfully executed. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Public Relations, Sales, Computer Science, Fulfillment, or a related field; 0-3 years of relevant experience, and an active Christian faith are required.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organization and communication skills, and will have the ability to accurately estimate timelines and meet deadlines. Proficiency in mailing policies and procedures is also preferred.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Assist Fulfillment Coordinator in the Admissions mailroom to strategically manage a wide variety of concurrent mailing projects in a timely manner. Pull mailing lists, format and print letters/envelopes. Perform finishing work on documents to be mailed and perform fulfillment functions.
Build relationships and coordinate with outsourced vendors, internal budget office and purchasing office to order materials, process invoices, submit work orders and collect bids for print projects throughout the year.
As the last employee touching outbound mail, serve as quality control auditor for appearance, accuracy, quality, timeliness and NACAC compliance; use critical thinking skills and alert supervisor of problems immediately.
Other mailroom duties as assigned (coordinate special projects from start to finish, serve as back-up for mailroom temporary workers as needed, etc.)
