Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Management & Services, this uniquely split role oversees Community Standards efforts for the MBA Program and supports central student communications needs. In the Community Standards work, you will navigate both lower-level student conduct concerns and more serious violations that are handled through the Conduct Review Board (CRB), work that is led by the faculty chair for Community Standards. In the Communications role, success requires strong written and verbal communication skills, an ability to follow and establish process, but also apply nuance and exercise flexibility.
