Oversee user management and training while establishing and maintaining roles and permissions across campus systems.
Tone & Voice Consistency: Ensure all student and family communications adhere to university brand guidelines, utilizing a clear, empathetic, and student-centric voice that promotes understanding and prompts action.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Communications and all student service departments. Partner with subject matter experts across the university to gather information, verify facts, and maintain a unified voice across all student and family touchpoints.

Data & Analytics: Experience pulling and interpreting standard reports from email platforms and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
Design Basics: Proficiency with tools like Canva or Adobe Express for visual content creation.
Writing Skills: Exceptional writing and proofreading skills with a proven ability to translate complex administrative or technical information into clear, student-centric messaging.
