This is a defining moment for GSB. With a new Head of School in place, a strategic framework underway, and a connected community committed to belonging, the School is poised to sharpen its identity and expand its reach.
Are you a bold storyteller ready to shape the next chapter of a dynamic independent school? At once strategic and hands-on, the Director will develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to elevate the School’s visibility, support enrollment and advancement goals, and engage students, families, alumni, and the broader community. For an innovative communicator ready to craft messages that capture the intellectual energy of the classroom, the spirit of our community, and the promise of a GSB education, this is an extraordinary opportunity to influence how GSB is seen and experienced, amplifying its visibility and growth at a pivotal moment.

Leading a team of two professionals and managing external partners, the Director ensures that all communications reflect the School’s mission, values, and strategic priorities.
This reimagined role calls for both vision and versatility: a thought partner to the Head of School and senior leadership, a collaborator across departments, and a leader who can inspire a team while also rolling up their sleeves to write, edit, and produce compelling content.
