The Ohio State University at Newark is seeking an Academic Success Coach. This position will independently manage and oversee the daily operations of learning communities (LC) on campus by leading the onboarding of new first-year LC students, teaching LC Arts & Science courses, overseeing LC recruitment, working closely with LC student academic peer mentors, as well as conducting interventions aimed to increase student success and retention. Additionally, this position will assist with the management of course Alerts in the OnCourse platform as well as academic probation programs in CMS, initiating communications with faculty, advisors, and other campus departments to provide critical intervention outreach with students of concern.
