Director of Inpatient Therapy Operations and Program Innovation
JOB SUMMARY Director of Inpatient Therapy Operations and Program Innovation has responsibility of administrative and operational oversight of inpatient therapy at the hospital to which they are assigned. Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy services provided by GSRN. Compliance Assures therapy compliance with external regulatory body standards. Collaborates with the Safety Department to ensure all therapy units follow current safety procedures. Maintains current inpatient therapy care therapy policies.
