The Instructional Assistant – Greene County Center provides administrative support for all aspects of the center to ensure each department has what they need to provide high quality service to students and the surrounding community.   The duties of the Instructional Assistant include, but are not limited to:  Provide for and ensure the security, accuracy, and maintenance of all permanent records of all currently and formerly enrolled students  Organize and maintain records and files in accordance to division standards and enter data into the College’s data management systems (Colleague, Advansys, and FundFive) Generate sections for any class offered at or through the Greene County Center to include corrections classes Register s
