Develops an overarching email and text messaging strategy that aligns with Grahamâ™s goals, ensuring engaging and effective communications across all learner segments.
Executes upon email and automated text messaging campaigns.
Writes clear, compelling, and on-brand content for all email and text communications, adapting tone and style for various audiences.
Builds and deploys campaigns in ActiveCampaign and Slate, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
Oversees annual Slate letter review process and makes necessary adjustments.
Monitors drip email campaigns across all programs, identifies areas of improvement, and updates as needed.
Manages and segments contact lists to ensure targeted messaging that aligns with programs and event offerings.
Regularly updates and maintains accurate audience data within ActiveCampaign and Slate.
Tracks and analyzes campaign performance using built-in reporting tools and external analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics.
Generates insights to identify areas of improvement, optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), and inform future campaigns.
Conducts A/B testing on subject lines, content, timing, and audience segments to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Experiments with new approaches, including automation workflows, dynamic content, and multi-channel integrations.
Ensures all communications comply with relevant policies and accessibility standards.
Stays updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in email and text messaging.
Gathers and disseminates information designed to keep the public informed of the organization's programs, accomplishments, or point of view, with moderate to high levels of guidance and direction.
Accomplishes assigned duties through two or more of the following: written communications; visual/graphic media, which may include Web site development and maintenance; speeches and personal contact. The incumbent is still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.
Performs other related work as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
Familiarity with list segmentation, automation, and data management.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
Proficiency in ActiveCampaign, Slate, Google Analytics and Canva.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Basic graphic design and HTML skills for email templates is strongly preferred.
Analytical skills to interpret performance data and inform strategic decisions.
Knowledge of email marketing.
