Scope of PositionThe Digital Content Specialist is responsible for producing content across The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center websites with a focus on patient-centered content. They are part of the Service Line Web Content team, collaborating with marketing, digital, and clinical teams to plan, write, and produce content for the medical center websites. The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for all aspects of a content project from initial research and discovery, gathering input from industry, marketing, and clinical leaders, integrating search engine optimization (SEO) recommendations and brand standards into written content, to project setup and communication. They work closely with the User Experience (UX) Design team to build and publish content.
