Function: Under the oversight of the Director of Graduate Enrollment and Marketing, the Graduate Admissions Recruiter will play a key role in recruiting and enrolling students into the institution’s graduate programs by development strong relationships with prospective students, managing the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment and leveraging CRM tools to track and enhance recruitment activities. In addition, this role also includes administrative responsibilities such as budget support, event coordination, database research and maintenance, and representing Gordon College graduate programs at recruiting events, open houses, and summer residencies.
Essential Responsibilities:
Graduate Recruitment and Enrollment • Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment goals for graduate programs, maintaining a pipeline of prospective students. • Proactively engage with students through outreach (phone, email, social media, and inperson events) to convert inquiries into enrolled students. • Guide applicants through the admissions process, ensuring timely completion of all required materials and documentation. • Participate in and represent graduate programs at recruitment events, including open houses, information sessions, conferences, career fairs, and networking events. • Coordinate with the Undergraduate Admissions team to align recruitment efforts and promote graduate programs at undergraduate events.
CRM and Data Management • Serve as the primary user and administrator of Salesforce for graduate admissions, ensuring accurate data management and reporting on recruitment efforts. • Track and analyze enrollment funnel metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the Director of Graduate Enrollment and Marketing. • Maintain data integrity in the CRM, ensuring all student interactions and communications are recorded accurately. • Use CRM tools to segment student populations, plan outreach campaigns, and assess the effectiveness of recruitment activities.
Administrative Responsibilities • Monitor and respond to inquiries from multiple graduate program email inboxes in a timely and professional manner. • Manage logistics for graduate program events, including conference registrations, open houses, and orientations. Provide event materials to Program Directors as needed. • Oversee updates to the Academic Catalog in collaboration with the Registrar’s office to reflect program changes, policy updates, and new initiatives. • Collaborate with the Graduate Enrollment and Marketing Specialist on website updates and marketing initiatives • Work closely with faculty and Program Directors to communicate admissions-related information and coordinate recruitment efforts. • Collaborate with the Director of Graduate Enrollment and Marketing on sourcing initiatives and identifying new recruitment opportunities.

Strong time management and organization skills and the ability to meet strict, frequent deadlines 6. Experience using Salesforce CRM is a plus but not required 7. Strong computer proficiency, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint 8. B.A. in Marketing or related field or related experience
