To develop a variety of employee communications that support all units of the department or division. To draft, edit and deliver employee messaging through available media, including print matter, advertisements, e-publications, web sites, intranet content, social media, database-driven web content, change management communications, presentations, other employee messaging and materials and ongoing internal communications. To make best use of available technologies and ensure integrated internal presentation of UAB brand. To gather and analyze data on communications effectiveness and recommend improvements to extend reach and readership.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Develops a variety of employee communications that support all units of the department or division.

Maintains web pages; re-designs as necessary.
Gathers and analyzes data on communications effectiveness and recommends improvements to extend reach and readership
Performs other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $47,665 - $77,455
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Minimum hiring rate must meet the most current FLSA guidelines for salary level and basis to remain exempt.
