Assistant Director, Parent and Family Philanthropy
Location: Chicago, ILJob Description:Maintains constituent records and actively supports the creation and management of data, including the preparation of custom and ad hoc reports, spreadsheets, graphs, charts and presentations.  Prepares special reports and summaries and compiles data, statistics, and other information as needed using various sources.  Supports the prospect activities of the Parent Philanthropy team by assisting gift officers and the Executive Director in tracking portfolio health and suggesting next steps for key prospects.  Crafts prospect, visit, and event briefs for University leadership as needed.  Circulates agendas and notes from parent team meetings.Updates the CRM system with accurate not
