Position Summary: Rutgers University-Newark (RU-N), an urban public research university and anchor institution, located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise is seeking a Director of Debate. This position reports to the Dean of the School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA) at Rutgers-Newark. The Director of the Rutgers-Newark Debate Program will be the administrator for all associated operations and activities related to the Debate Program. The Director organizes, administers, and coordinates multiple facets of the activities, including but not limited to, programs, projects, events, processes, communication, advising, and recruitment.
