?? Tracks and monitors time and leave for full-time instructional staff.Reviews system timesheets and accurately records informationinthetimeandleavesystemandCUNYFirst.WorkscloselywithPayrolltoresolveinconsistenciesasnecessary.
?? Assistswiththeadministrationofallleavesofabsenceforallclassificationofemployees.Providesinformationto all staff regarding leave options.Serves as liaison throughout employee leave until official return to work.
?? WorkscloselywiththeBenefitstoassistinthe advisement of faculty and staff regarding Leave policies.
?? Assistswithdepartmenteffortstoeducatethecampusontimeandleavepolicies,includingparticipationinnew hire orientation, faculty onboarding and the creation of communication materials.
?? Servesasoneoftheleads initiatives for college-wide useofthenewelectronictimekeepingsystem.
?? Provides guidance on the dissemination of sick,annualandcompensatoryleavebalances,asneeded,and/ordirectsrequestorthroughthe steps to retrieve information via self-service functions.
