Overview
The Organizational Change Management Analyst will have a key role in supporting successful initiatives by assisting in the planning, development, and execution of people-focused change plans across PMO-managed initiatives. The OCM Analyst should have experience in applying Prosciâ™s ADKAR change management methodology. Collaborate with key stakeholders across various schools and units to understand the upcoming changes and assist the OCM Manager in creating stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and comprehensive change plans. Support the creation of communications and training materials. Throughout the project lifecycle, the OCM Analyst will have opportunities to gather and incorporate feedback on change deliverables and present them to project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Communications, Professional Writing, or Journalism; Business Administration or Business Management; Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Required Experience: 3+ years of demonstrated experience and proven success in organizational change management or corporate communications in various industries. This includes experience in stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, change plan creation including training and communications materials. Proven success working and effectively operating in a matrixed organization.
Preferred Experience: 3+ years of experience working in a PMO or Communications function in a highly-matrixed, global organization. 3+ years of experience applying Prosciâ™s ADKAR change management methodology. 3+ years of training and communications development and delivery experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, adapt to feedback, and build trust with project teams. The candidate must maintain a solid understanding of business processes and change management practices, and be adept at tailoring communications for multiple channels and audiences. Flexibility in adjusting to shifting priorities and deadlines, knowledge of formal change or project management methodologies, and the ability to navigate a complex matrixed organization.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience with Google suite of products including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, and Calendar and online learning development tools.
Qualifications
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $81,000.00 to USD $99,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
