The Strategy, Planning, and Operations Office leads and manages a large and complex portfolio of IT projects and programs while establishing partnerships and stakeholder engagement efforts with students, faculty, staff, and external partners on behalf of the IT organization. Position Summary
The Security and Network Transformation Program Office (PMO) Lead is a pivotal role supporting the successful execution of UCLA’s comprehensive Security and Network Transformation Program. This position involves strategic planning, coordination, and oversight of multiple facets of the program, ensuring they align with the organization’s objectives and deliver value. This role involves managing multiple projects, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with the organizational goals related to this program. The Program Lead will oversee program governance, risk management, internal program communication, and quality assurance, driving continuous improvement and program innovation. This role will manage highly collaborative business relationships with customers, partners, multiple vendors, and key stakeholders in alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives. Importantly, the Program Lead will be an enthusiastic change agent who manages ambiguity and influence in a federated organization. The Program Lead will positively impact UCLA’s operations and culture by enabling IT projects and programs in service of the university’s academic mission. This team member will advance the University’s mission by delivering exceptional information technology services comprehensively and consistently across faculty, staff, and students. Five years experience working in one or more of the following fields: project management, information technology, data services, application services, IT service management, or related field. (Required)

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that includes regular visits to campus as needed (for those who work remotely, travel/lodging expenses are not eligible for reimbursement).
The anticipated pay range for this position is $157,000-$170,000, annually; salary is dependent upon the skills and experience of the selected finalist.
