Role purpose: ⢠Secretarial, assistant and coordinator functions ⢠Support daily work operations of three business departments in Taiwan
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: ⢠Business department support 1. Responsible for internal communication and coordination of the department, and provide daily administrative and secretarial support to the department 2. Assist in case transcript review and contract management to ensure an effective filing system 3. Assist in the production and maintenance of marketing advertising DM and canvas 4. Timely update internal client and database information; 5. Responsible for the communication, integration and planning of business and administrative affairs processes
⢠ Daily operations 1. Organize and send approval documents, and be responsible for tracking the execution status and controlling the progress at any time. 2. Arrange and book meetings, travel itineraries, etc. 3. Provide office support, including faxing, photocopying, filing, typing, scanning, binding, archiving, and mail distribution 4. Keep all relevant files up to date (including electronic data)
⢠Finance and administration Responsible for handling the docking work between business and supporting functions
