Position Overview: The Member Relations Manager will play a pivotal role in managing NAPT’s membership program, supporting our committees, engaging with members, and facilitating the use of our member resource page powered by Higher Logic. This position involves coordinating with the public relations team to manage social media, managing our patient advocate community, supporting our strategic initiatives and board strategies, and enhancing member satisfaction and involvement.
