Job DescriptionThe Event Services Manager reports to the Director of Guest Services. Oversees and assures Guest Experience elements for special events executed at The Schottenstein Center, Manages Traffic Services and Building Security for JSC events and daily operations. Develops event traffic plans and orders services and equipment to execute the plan. Provides supervision of event staff during events; Maintains and issues clothing and equipment for Security / Traffic Services activities. Maintains Staff parking pass database.
