This is an advanced level professional and administrative senior management position directing activities within the administration functional area of the utility and defining, developing, implementing, managing, and communicating the effective execution of strategies, processes, and programs for the assigned departments. Responsibilities: Responsible for the full range of supervisory activities, including selection, training, evaluation, counseling, and recommendation for dismissal of all assigned employees. May assume the responsibilities in the absence of the assigned director. Plans, organizes, directs, and guides the execution of strategies, processes, programs, budgets, and business operations within the assigned administration area functions and department
