Position Summary: Performs a variety of duties necessary to foster the continued growth of this multimillion dollar operation. Responsibilities vary from day to day but include knowledge of overall state of the stores, current staffing levels and previous days performance. Responsibilities also include company initiatives, fiscal responsibility, ensuring productivity and compliance with Medical Center policies and procedures. This is a leadership role that provides leadership to student staff and part time employees that support the customer experience, overall operations and total store results. This position also coordinates with other managers across job functions to ensure seamless operation of multiple locations.
