Position Summary: The Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) will oversee and lead all advancement activities, including strategic planning, development, fundraising, communications, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.  The CAO will also play a pivotal role in spearheading foundational fundraising efforts and community engagement initiatives to support the campus planning and redevelopment project of Austin Montessori School and begin to build a sustainable infrastructure for resource development. Reporting directly to the Head of School, and working closely with the Board of Directors, the CAO will lead strategy, cultivation, and stewardship activities to ensure the successful execution of a major capital fundraising campaign.
