The TD will be responsible for coaching 1 - 2 teams, coach recruitment and curriculum development, as well as take the lead in additional programming while developing the club culture. The TD will be expected to provide the highest level of customer service. The coach will spend mornings designing training sessions, scheduling, communicating with club members, designing new programs, film analysis and creating new ways to further grow the club/academy.
