Establishes and maintains off-site recruitment office designed to independently plan, execute, and evaluate recruitment activities and high school relations within assigned recruitment areas of Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego; applies advanced knowledge of recruitment strategies and higher education experience to strategically plan and implement territory-specific activities and events; analyzes prospective student data and uses Empowering Marketing Analysis and other technologies/tools to inform strategic recruitment activities; designs and executes multiple methods of communications for prospective students within territory; counsels and corresponds with prospective undergraduate students and their families, both domestic and international undergraduates, regarding Ohio State
