Department SummaryStrategy, Planning, and Operations establishes the vision for building partnerships and stakeholder engagement efforts with students, faculty, and staff on behalf of the IT organization. This team aligns and manages the IT roadmap, portfolio, programs, and projects with university priorities; and enables an integrated and collaborative approach to organizational change management and communication efforts to meet the needs of the university while recognizing the unique requirements of UCLA's different schools and units.
