POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the Assistant Vice President of Development, the Development Associate will work collaboratively with a team of frontline fundraisers to cultivate, solicit and steward gifts from existing and potential donors. This role is key to the smooth functioning of the team and will have primary responsibility for material development and distribution, scheduling, and other administrative duties. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage special projects in collaboration with departmental leadership. Communication: Function as the "front door" for major gifts donors and prospects, responding to email and phone inquiries and resolving or routing appropriately.
