The Assistant Director of Student Employment Services (SES) will plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of SES full time and student staff. Serve as an expert in student employment best practices, local, state and federal labor laws and University HR policies. Execute training and talent development programs and processes for undergraduate and graduate students. Identify, respond and resolve issues as appropriate. Locate and develop off-campus job opportunities for students who are currently enrolled in courses at LMU. Help to implement training solutions and improvements to ensure customer responsiveness to students, on-campus supervisors, off campus partners, and all other related stakeholders.
