Job Description Summary: Responsible and accountable for establishing, administrating and maintaining an educationally and fiscally sound, highly competitive, national program and performing those duties customarily performed by a head soccer coach of a university holding the aforementioned position. Plan and implement all phases of a competitive national level NCAA Division I women's soccer program, including student athlete recruitment; scheduling; conducting practice sessions; conditioning programs, and public relations activities; scouting and game preparation, under the general supervision and as prescribed by the orders, advice and direction of the University's Athletics Director.Minimum Qualifications:
