Collaborates with the Collyer Vice President and appropriate teammates to develop an alumni engagement strategy for long-and short-term planning.  Creates and implements both large- and small-scale programs, volunteer opportunities, and events vital to maintaining and strengthening the connection that alumni, parents, families, friends and undergraduates have with the College, and with each other.  Works closely with staff, faculty, the President of the College, as well as alumni volunteer leaders, especially the Alumni Association Board of Directors to identify the interests of alumni, parents and families, other constituents, and undergraduates. Creates, executes, and evaluates programs in response to those interests.
