Job Description Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or equivalent certification and accreditation from recognized college, university or national, state, or regional organization. 
2. Degrees are applicable only if earned at accredited institutions and verified with official transcripts.
3. Pertinent professional experience may be substituted for the master's degree at the discretion of both the Academic Coordinator and Chair.

Job Requirements:

1. Master's or Terminal Degree in related discipline (Communication, Public Relations and or Journalism).
2. Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Work schedule subject to change based on the needs of the department.
3. Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written standard English. 
4. As required by the 1986 Immigration Act, be prepared to present acceptable documentation showing your identity and that you are a U.S. citizen or an alien who is authorized to work. 
5. A limited background investigation will be conducted prior to an offer of employment. A signed authorization for release of personal information will be required if selected for an interview.
