The Campaign Manager for Marketing and Strategic Communications in the Office of Strategic Enrollment Management develops targeted email marketing campaigns and journeys for audiences including but not limited to, prospective and admitted students, enrolled students and their families, campus colleagues, and internal staff. Collaborates in the development of automated, complex, and multi-step email and SMS campaigns and journeys. Writes complex data extensions, reports, and ampscript (development language) for use in marketing and communications campaigns and journeys. Collaborates to extract analytical reports within multiple systems on marketing communications campaigns. Provides content expertise as a campaign developer and trains other staff and colleagues on campaign building and development and writing filters on the campaign connectors. Assists in developing and maintaining communication flows. Collaborates to extract analytical reports on email campaigns and journeys. Assists in conducting market research, including focus groups and surveys to maximize the effectiveness of marketing communications efforts. Advocates across media for consistent use and branding of university messaging to key audiences.
Required Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS PER CR SPECS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are also required.
Desired Qualifications:
Marketing and communication experience with marketing journeys and campaigns desired, especially in a university environment. Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience desired.
The pay range for this job profile is $49,800 - $66,400 (min - mid). The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
