USC Annenberg Admissions seeks applicants for the position of Associate Director/ Senior Assistant Director of Admissions. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to engaging with prospective undergraduate and graduate students to recruit and counsel applicants on admission policies, procedures and educational opportunities at USC Annenberg. Planning, directing and managing the undergraduate recruitment cycle activities (in-person and virtual).  Ability to establish and maintain effective, collaborative relationships and enlist support of all levels of faculty members, staff, students, and alumni to accomplish goals. Experience and expertise with the development, implementation and use of customer-relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce highly desired.Â
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, comfortable in decision making and counseling of applicants, organized and skilled in project management and an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. An experienced admissions professional with at least four years of college or university experience is required. Admissions experience at a liberal arts institution is highly preferred. Candidate experience will determine hiring as an Associate Director or Senior Assistant Director.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masterâs degree
Knowledge and experience with CRM software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A valid driverâs license
Knowledge of basic Microsoft office tools including, Word, Excel and Outlook
Skill in setting priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of goals and job responsibilities.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) on-campus staff position.
The annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidateâs work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
