Organizes and coordinates executive meetings, extensive travel arrangements, and external relations effort and oversees special organization or multi-department projects.
Effective coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, travel and conferences
Serves as an executive support and the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders - clients, team leads, etc.
Planning and coordinating internal and external meetings and preparing meeting minutes
Supporting the drafting of meeting agenda, correspondence, reports and Excel/PowerPoint presentation
Work closely with MarComms on managing general C&W information and capability statement, ensuring information is accurate for APAC & EMEA Investor Services
Work closely with MarComms to ensure end-to-end smooth delivery of client initiatives including but not limited to conference invitation and attendance, festive celebrations involving F&B arrangement with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain good understanding of the real estate market and Cushman & Wakefield's investor client community
Be fully trained and efficiently utilise Salesforce / Engage (CRM) to maintain and update key client contact points and business development efforts
Send corporate communications on behalf of Head of Investor Services
File expense reports for transactions on corporate credit cards for all leaders within Investor Services using Workday
Process and management of Investor Services projects related invoicing
Act independently and handle strictly confidential information, being adaptive and perceptive to change from decision makers
Coordination of execution of documents, including arrangement of local and global courier services
Undertake ad-hoc works that may be required by the APAC & EMEA Investor Services department
Mastery of Microsoft Office suite of tools (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe PDF Editor
