Job Description:

• Implement outreach and recruitment strategies and activities to achieve enrollment goals for Ridgewater College, while also reporting, monitoring, and tracking results.
• Guide new and incoming students through the admissions process and, in collaboration with advising and student services staff, through registration and matriculation.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree and on year of related work experience
  • (i.e., customer service such as hospitality and/or retail, sales, recruitment, advertising, public relations, marketing, or communications)

• Public speaking, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Knowledge of post-secondary education
• Experience in college recruiting and admissions
• Knowledge of carrying out event planning
