Assistant Teaching Professor Position Function: This is one full-time, 9-month, non-tenure track faculty position requiring the successful candidate to teach and provide practical skills training and service. Salary Grade:  UC For salary grade UC, these positions are "Unclassified" and salary ranges are determined by the hiring department. The average range for incoming Assistant Teaching Professors is currently $50,000-$54,000 depending on credentials and experience. Department Profile: The department (www.comm.msstate.edu) is one of the largest on campus. Approximately 600 majors are in concentrations of Broadcast & Digital Journalism, Communication & Media Studies, Print & Digital Journalism, Public Relations, and Theatre. Students may choose
