ProductionOne, a fast-growing AVL company in Memphis is looking for an experienced leader to help run our installation division. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in installing audio, video, and lighting systems. We are looking for someone experienced in building and leading a team with at least 5 years as the manager of an integration division. CTS certification preferred. We have great opportunities and are looking for a leader to help expand this operation. We have the heart to mentor and train young technicians in this industry and are looking for a leader with a similar heart.

We already have a strong business in houses of worship, government, and universities. We are expanding quickly and are adding to our existing leadership team.

The primary role of the Senior Director of Integration is to implement and manage all integration division goals and objectives. To fulfill the role of department head for the integration portion of the company. To facilitate the development and/or take responsibility for the implementation of the integration portion of the annual business plan. Duties will include direct support of cross-functional integration and synergism of all departments, overseeing project management functions, supervising design and engineering support functions, and managing customer service activities. To be available for client and vendor intervention as needed and facilitate internal communications to provide direction and support to the operations staff. To establish an operations budget, training program, and other critical programs that are success factors designed to support the mission, objectives, guiding principles, and vision of the company. Direct and lead staff related to integration activities utilizing in-depth industry knowledge and experience as a guide.

• At least 5 years of experience in pro AV installation management

• Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) preferred

• Certified Technology Specialist - Design (CTS-D) preferred

• Certified Technology Specialist - Installation (CTS-I) preferred
