Job SummaryThe AV & Operations Associate assists with the planning and execution of audio-visual support for daily use and special events at the Richard A. and Susan F. Smith Campus Center, the Science Center Plaza, and occasional other spaces within the Campus Services portfolio.This is a front-facing, active operational position, across multiple venues for Common Spaces programs and other Campus Services, and/or University activities. Reporting to the Associate Director, the AV & Operations Associate must operate audio-visual equipment for a wide range of campus events, maintain good organization of Common Spaces AV equipment, and advance track AV needs for upcoming events smoothly, professionally, and efficiently.
