Position Summary:
The RIETS Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities for RIETS. This full-time position will employ a team player who understands the extensive details of marketing, has a background in graphic design, and has a strong competency in project management.
Position Responsibilities:
Projects
Oversee mass email campaign that includes parent, alumni, stakeholder and Board emails
Manage projects, eg Honor Rolls, book mailings, brochure production, swag, gofundme campaign, memorial lectures
Oversee stewarding calendar and bi-annual reporting for select group of donors that include flipbook production, journals, and reports
Marketing
Create content and post on RIETS social media
Interface with YU's marketing team, local newspapers, etc.
Partner to make original videos
Create flyers for RIETS events
Facilitate the Marketing side of the RIETS Press
Manage alumni marketing campaign (ie New Heights, shiurim)
Backend
Update RIETS website
Liaison with Marcomm on content and projects
Experience & Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree and experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field
2-5 years of experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects from start to completion
Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
Portfolio demonstrating professional work including pieces from specific campaigns or projects
Great at multi-tasking skills and handling short-term deadlines
Ability to communicate design choices clearly
Solid knowledge of design and visual principles
Skills & Competencies:

Graphic design software
Familiarity with social media

Salary Range:
$60,000-$70,000
