FAITH LEADER
Is accountable to the Archbishop through the Archdiocesan Board, Superintendent of Schools and Pastoral Coordinator in matters relating to the religious mission of the school.
Is responsible for the development and implementation of programs and activities for the spiritual growth of staff and students in accord with the religious vision and mission of the school, working with the appointed spiritual directors.
Plans with the Spiritual Director for the development of faith experiences for the students.
Plans with the Spiritual Director for opportunities related to worship and prayer.
BOARD RELATIONSHIP
Serves as Executive Officer of the Board.
Assists in leading and carrying out long-range strategic planning.
PRESIDENT/PRINCIPAL RELATIONSHIP
Works with the president to assist in developing long-range strategic planning.
Works with the president to ensure long-range strategic planning initiatives are carried out with faculty and staff.
Serves as a trusted teammate with the president on issues related to school affairs. Clear, continual, and oftentimes confidential communication is paramount.

Responsible for the overall administration of the school overseeing the general operation of the school program and required reporting. Leads and supervises the School Administrative Team.
Meets regularly with the School Administrative Team/Staff to discuss and plan curriculum and faculty in-service.
Communicates and interacts directly with the Office of Catholic Schools and parishes on school-related matters.
STAFF RELATIONSHIP
Coordinates hiring and recommends candidates to the Board for employment.
Is responsible for ongoing supervision and evaluation of certified and non-certified staff, maintaining proper records, files and documentation.
Involves staff and communities in adequately assessing the educational needs of the school.
STUDENT RELATIONSHIP
Works with the School Administrative Team/staff in coordinating program offerings and assessments.
Implements curriculum and coordinates selection of materials according to Archdiocesan guidelines.
Directs the staff in implementing a school program in accord with responsible educational practices, current trends, and Archdiocesan guidelines.
