GENERAL PURPOSE Under the supervision of Swim Center Manager and Assistant Manager position ensures patron safety, enforces pool rules and regulations, performs water rescues, and administer first aid, as needed.  Implement the Emergency Action Plan and notify proper authorities as required.  Assist in general maintenance and cleaning of pool’s deck and equipment.  Act as manager on duty when managers are not working.  The position requires working 40 hours a week, including weekends as scheduled.  This position will need to lead in-services for lifeguards 6 times a year, assist with training front desk/concession employees and perform daily maintenance tasks (cleaning, chemical testing etc.), as assigned.
