CFC has a need for a Digital Content Representative on our Corporate Relations team. The Digital Content Representative supports the process of creating and implementing CFC’s digital strategy while working closely with internal and external subject matter experts to support strategic goals.
As a Digital Content Representative, you will: • Collaborate with internal leadership, the Marketing and Digital Strategy team, the Corporate Communications team and internal stakeholders on execution of CFC’s digital strategy. • Support CFC digital communications, including Solutions Newsletters, emails, web content, podcasts and video in collaboration with Digital Content Manager and communications team. • Support the execution of digital content plans designed to support strategic goals. • Work with internal and external subject matter experts across key areas to research, develop, write and edit compelling digital content and messaging for multiple targeted audiences across various channels including, web, email, podcasts, video and other formats. • Responsible for developing and publishing web content for internal and external websites including CFC’s websites and Cooperative.com. • Leverage understanding of digital elements, infographics and design to enhance CFC publications and multimedia. • Support Communications team’s utilization of online digital platforms and software as well as other relevant programs and initiatives.
