TheNational Association of Manufacturers (NAM) is seeking a Membership Coordinator to provide administrative support with an opportunity for growth within the membership department. Responsibilities will include supporting the membership team by preparing memos, briefs, updating financials, and managing internal and external meetings. This position is ideal for an organized self-starter who can multi-task and manage projects in support of the Membership team and all membership initiatives. The position represents the NAM at all levels both internally and externally. Excellent interpersonal skills a must!

The Membership Coordinatorwill support the sales team to partner success, with an opportunity for growth into an individual territory or account management focused role.
Work in a team environment to help develop and execute service and growth strategies that drive the business forward, with a focus on a sales target.
Play an integral role in strengthening relationships with partner institutions and membership companies.
In partnership with team, assist in the development of outreach strategies for interactions with member executives.
Respond to inbound and outbound requests membership requests and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner; escalate to team, as necessary.
Schedule and prepare team members for meetings with membership companies.

Bachelor's degree required.
Must be articulate and possess the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

Strong project and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work well under pressure.
