The Director of Business Development is the key driver of revenue growth and expansion of the reach and client base. This is a high-level Sales/Marketing role that requires mastering a unique approach to showcasing our Retail Advisory Consulting firm.
This role requires B2B sales experience, and you will report directly to the CEO of the company.
You will work remotely, and the compensation is made up of a great base salary + commissions per each new client (and also referrals!).
Responsibilities:
Delivering WOW experiences with prospective clients, to increase the client base year over year
Hold exemplary meetings with C-level executives to build trust with prospective and existing clients by demonstrating a deep sense of ownership and understanding of our unique approach to data in Real Estate
Garnering referrals and achieving an average increase of 25% or more in account size
Expanding our reach and brand awareness by leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and others, to generate and convert both inbound and outbound opportunities
Onboarding new clients, client upgrades, and referrals
Can work efficiently and effectively without constant direction. Will support our initiatives and goals; cooperates and demonstrates positive attitude toward others; will assist where needed
Builds trust and rapport with colleagues and clients to allow quick knowledge of client’s needs; excellent follow through on tasks
Crush monthly and quarterly sales goals
Target new clients for this role by building solid relationships
Raise the company and business profile by representing my client at industry events, high level networking and promotion an image of professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
Top Sales Performer
Experience in Business Development – preferably within the Commercial Real Estate industry
Proven track record in the Commercial Real Estate Industry, SaaS, and/or other High-Level Sales roles (B2B)
Professional and clear communication skills in conjunction with the ability to network at a high level and building strong business relationships. Excellent verbal and written skills – listens to client needs and responds appropriately
Experience and proven effectiveness at supporting clients and managing projects
Hungry for achievement, enthusiastic, energetic, positive, and a results-oriented mindset
Internally always working on personal growth
Exceed the Company designated quotas
Proactive in bringing new ideas to the organization
