Overview

Provide leadership and curricular oversight of the implementation of the Institute of Fine Arts' Graduate Art History admissions and recruitment process for MA and Ph.D. programs. Serve as liaison between Director of Graduate Studies (DGS), Director of Masters Studies, Admission and Fellowship Committee, and Director of the Institute and internal and external parties to interpret University and Institute policies and procedures. Represent Director of Graduate Studies and Director of Masters Studies at events and on committees and make decisions on behalf of the Director; recommend and assist Director with implementation of new programs and curricula.

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Higher Education and

Preferred Education:
Master's Degree in Higher Education and

Required Experience:
3+ years 4-5 years' relevant experience, including experience with program development and research

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Understanding of higher education and research and the role of knowledge in public affairs, strong skills in oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated organizational ability, capacity to manage a budget, supervise staff and work with a diverse set of colleagues.
